Dear Resident, Blythe Crimes update from Saturday 15th – Sunday 23rd November 2025. Burglary. On the 20/11/25 at 2.17am three suspects used a mobile relay scanner to try and open and take a BMW from Murdoch Road, Blythe Valley. They were unable to open the vehicle, but later gained access to the property via a kitchen window which had been left ajar. The two suspects were disturbed by the residents and made off in a waiting vehicle. Burglary of an unconnected building (stable). Warings Green Road, Earlswood. On the 19/11/25 between 8.30pm – 8.45pm three suspects forced a lock off stable door. A Suzuki DR350 Enduro motorcycle and Stihl gardening tools were stolen. The suspect drove off in a white small white Transit Connect van. Burglary of an unconnected building (garage). Noble Way Cheswick Green. On the 20/11/25 between 2.13am – 3.00am a vehicle reversed from Tanworth Lane onto Noble Way. Two suspects have climbed over a garden wall and broken the handle and lock off the garage’s side door to gain entry. An E bike and a tool set were stolen. The suspects drove off towards Tanworth Lane. Theft from motor vehicle. Stroudley Road Blythe Valley. On the 21/11/25 between 1am - 3.15am an unlocked vehicle was entered. The vehicle was completely searched. One item was taken. The suspect walked off down Woodview Rise. Good News. Three suspects have been charged with the resent burglaries in Cheswick Green. Please make sure your sheds, garages side gates are locked. Move your wheelie bins inside your property away from any side gate entry. Please don’t leave your property in darkness, leave a light on. Ongoing patrols are continuing. Thank you to the residents who are helping Police with their investigations. If you see a vehicle in your area that you don’t recognise, parked up, please contact Police on 101 or use the West Midlands Police web site to log it. The location of new vehicle deposition sites are of interest to us. Thank you to Cheswick Green Street Watch for todays patrol. Ensure that all garden furniture is stored away in a garden shed along with any tools to avoid aiding offenders in committing burglary. Ensure that Wheelie Bins are not stored near to fences and are chained together to prevent them from being used as climbing aids or storing objects in that may aid an offender to commit a crime.
